Today in class we took the 8.1 and 8.2 quiz, one of the questions was typed incorrectly so it will be scored based on 9 points not 10!
We worked on the Bellringer that we did on page 60 and constructed out T-chart to compare prokaryotes and eukaryotes on page 61. Tomorrow we will continue our study of living things and how things are grouped into Domains, Kingdoms, Phylums, Classes, Families, Genuses and Species. This is the foundation of taxonomy and explains the system of scientific names such as Homo sapiens for humans!
Homework: Get the Fieldwork Planning Hwk from the Cells folder and complete the 8 questions. Turn into Ebackpack electronically, there is a folder in your Turn in folder! Have a great night! ;)
