HWK TONIGHT:
1. Finish all lab work ------- Microscopes, Penny lab, Organic Compounds lab!
2. Chapter 2 studyguide, read and do all questions related to Chapter 2!
3. Study for Ch. 2 Test, you can make flashcards of vocab terms and definitions to help you study!!! :)
CLWK TODAY: In class today we reviewed for the test, completed the Ch 1 Vocab Review sheet and the Concept map/Metrics Review sheet. Kahoot was played for prizes and test review. Afterwards any major questions on the workbook were addressed and we took Ch. 1 Test and started Ch. 2 workbook pages.
After the break we did our Microscope lab and drawings and did our Investigation on Water drops on the Penny versus Soapy water solution. These labs are due tomorrow, completed.
Ch. 2 notes were taken and then we had our noon break.
After break we finished notes and then performed our inquiry lab on Organic Compounds and using chemical indicators determined 5 unknown substances as starch, glucose, lipid or protein based substances.
