Today in class we worked on the Baby food Digestion Experiment!
We will be using baby food samples to see how digestive enzymes in our saliva work! We want to create a step by step experiment to compare the food exposed to enzymes versus food not exposed and what happens to the food and if any break down occurs.

Second part of today's experiment: We will pay attention to our sensory information that is received when we are chewing and tasting/eating a saltine cracker. For two minutes describe the sensation of taste and touch as you chew up a saltine. Make sure to start by tasting the cracker and slowly chew for 2 minutes. Every 20 seconds your lab partner needs to record your comments and descriptions. When did the taste change? did it change? how did the cracker taste from beginning to end?
