All Classes:  Switch papers with your partners so that you can go over the answers # 1-16, put CB at the top of the paper you are grading, use a pen, and circle answers that are correct or mark wrong and write in the correct answers!   You will be turning in your graded homework tomorrow before the Concept Check.  Please use the questions to study over tonight!

In class today you will be using the document "Gummi Bear DNA" in the Ebackpack folder marked "Heredity and DNA".  You will make a ladder with licorice and toothpicks and gummi bears.  You will create your own code of DNA by assigning a color to each of the four bases.  Remember that the bases of DNA pair up so that Adenine always pairs with Thymine, and Cytosine always pairs up with Guanine.  Write out your key on the worksheet in Notability, and make sure to take pictures of the ladder made and the ladder picked up and twisted into a helical shape to make it look more like a real structure of DNA!

Turn in the Gummi Bear DNA document into Ebackpack Classwork folder, the pictures should be added and the questions should be answered in complete sentences.  Depending on how it goes we may be doing the DNA lab on Friday and Genius Hour on Monday....Be ready and bring materials for Genius Hour, but it may be adjusted depending on if I can make it back to work on Friday.
