Happy lastdayofschoolbeforeturkeyday Tuesday!
I will be out of the classroom today but on campus with the 6th grade team for a conference. Please follow the game plan and get your work done. ;) I will check in with our substitute at lunch or afterschool!
Today in class start off with a holiday themed article that relates back to human health. After reading,

turn to your page 43 and add on today's Bellringer. What did you learn about gratitude and the science of gratitude to improve human health? share out answers, earn some raffle tickets!
Next we turned in the CER and the climate graphs into the back tray. We will be going over the requirements for your group project. This is in your Atmosphere folder, titled "Atmosphere Concepts Group Project" along with the "Day one group project" questions that must be filled out, completed and sent into Ebackpack at the end of class. We should pair up in teams of 3, I may have one or two teams of two due to numbers, but try to keep your numbers at 3, I will make adjustments to choices as needed so choose partners wisely. Make a copy of the Group questions for everyone in the team! Only one copy is turned into Ebackpack, but the other two group members will need a copy for themselves, don't forget to email it to them or share it through google docs.
***The folder is now open in Ebackpack to submit classwork to your Turn in folder!!!
Remember to make a list for what to bring on Monday and you will have four days to film and edit, so work on your "skits", scripts, or props as needed next week as homework. You want to do your best because your Atmosphere Concepts video done in iMovie is your " unit test" to show what you know and you will be graded on it!
