Hoping you had a wonderful Hannukah and Wishing you a Merry Christmas, Kwaanza, and Prosperous New Year! I wanted to thank the students and families for all the holiday treats, gifts and cards. Your kindness and thoughtfulness is always appreciated. :)
Thursday - We worked in our Science notebooks and observed plant and animal cells from living things using the microscopes. If out you will need to see me on how to catch up!
Friday - We used the document in Ebackpack and several pieces of candy to create an edible cell model. You need to have taken all photos and labels. We will touch base on Monday after the break and this assignment will be due to Ebackpack on Tuesday, January 5th.
When we return, I just want to give you a heads up that we will begin an EXCITING new project in all 7th grade called the GENIUS hour and this culminating task with Social Studies and English will be worked on from January through June! I think you are going to enjoy our Fridays as we pursue a topic that we are passionate about and then present our learning, challenges, and our findings.
